Carson-Newman wanted to improve empathize and document some of these reasons, which is why we reached out to 15 registered nurses, including three of our own FNP students, to go their perspectives on a unproblematic question: What do you find most rewarding most a career in nursing?

'One of the most rewarding aspects of a career in nursing is the ability to connect with our patients on such an intimate level. "I was not the person that grew upward always wanting to be a nurse, I always wanted to be a teacher; nonetheless, when I found out I was eligible for the nursing program at the college I was attending, I decided to pursue it as a possibility. I never imagined how that spur-of-the-moment decision would change my life. Once I started classes, I fell in honey with every aspect of nursing.
"Subsequently working for a while, I went back to school and became a nursing instructor in the classroom and clinical. It is the perfect balance of hands-on patient care and teaching the adjacent generation of nurses. Nursing offers us so many arenas to practice in. "As an operating room nurse at a trauma eye, there are times that can exist pretty stressful and fast paced. Recently, a trauma was called and about 6 of u.s.a. rushed to the OR to gear up up.
